Jonathan" bigmansM 07-07-2004, 11:30 PM I think its best to buy from leatherique, u may have to have a little extra but i think u would get the same value. Theres a problem with certain orders. Ill talk to them about the the dyes and crack filler That sounds like it may be the easiest and cheapest thing to do. That dealer who quoted you prices charges more for leatherique than the manufacturer does! I woudl purchase directly from them and then you can pay me and i distribute the products or we can order from jonathan who will give the 20% off and have him ship directly to you. Jonathan is a vendor for leatherique. He says he can ship the cleaners, rejuv oil, and prepping agent imediately. dyes and crack filler will take a week or two. If leatherique does have your color swatch on file you will be responsible for sending in your 1inch x 1inch swatch for them to match. make the call, major always wins. p.s. if you haven't alreayd sent your order with your shipping info and email address, do so or else you are not in this group buy. I need to know what size bottles when you place an order, i am no mind reader...yet :devillook Drjones 07-09-2004, 05:12 PM I appreciate John's efforts, but don't we get a 50% discount from leatherique? C///M 07-09-2004, 05:45 PM Yeah, if we can get the 50% discount from Leatherique, that would be the best for us, I think. Although, it does give you more work. If we go with Jonathan, I want one 32oz each of the Prestine and Rejuvinator. If we get the 50%, I want TWO 32oz each of the Prestine and Rejuvinator AL3925i 07-09-2004, 07:31 PM Is there any minimum for 20% discount? or 50%? To order from leatherique, I'd send the order form by fax or mail with some codeword for a GB? Let me know what discount does leatherique offer? nathan 07-09-2004, 09:20 PM so either ways we'll get 20% off? what happened to the 50% off if we ordered a lot? Extrav.Dreams 07-10-2004, 03:57 AM Just to let you know I e-mailed the Man himself and this is what he had to say; Hi Sebastian; I get a lot of car club digests, and try to be active on as many as I can, but don't subscribe to these two [M3forum and BF.C]. If you have chance, could you please post to the lists a note that if they'd like the BMW discounts, to please email me at George@Leatherique.com, with their name, address, daytime phone, and what they'd like, and I'll have the office email them an online invoice with their discounts. That way they are assured of getting their best price, Thank you sir! Regards, George I am unsure of what type of discount that means, but now you know. bigmansM 07-10-2004, 05:22 PM I am assuming that a bmw car club discount isn't more then 15%, if you prefer that over 50% be my guest. Attention to all. You have till monday to ge ton the first order list. I am tierd of waiting for your email adddresses. if there are any problems with color matching for dye Jonathan will contact you. If leatherique doesnt email me soon then i give up on them too. My interior is begging to be redone. AL3925i 07-10-2004, 11:40 PM I emailed my order to George at Leatherique and he gave me two discounts on certain products. Prices are updated. Based on an invoice, I think its about 30% off on 32 oz Rejuvinator Oil ($44.00) and 32 oz Prestine Clean ($26.50). 10% off on 32 oz Leatherique Standard Black Color ($75.00) and 16 oz Prepping Agent ($19.25). 2 oz Crack Filler stays at $8.80. Fedex shipping is cheap under $13.00. bigmansM 07-13-2004, 03:08 PM Okay guys, i have sent some info to jonathan to email you the price quotes for your orders. Here is what i think should be done. Call leatherique tell them you are a bmw club member and that you are also on the bmw forums(they wont knwo which one, even if you tell them). If you talk to krysti tell her you are with Todd from Riot Racing and that you are apart of the big group purchase. They give a big discount on all products and will be much more helpful. The reason for this is; if we purchase thorugh them to get hte 50% off it would be shippe to me then i woudl have to ship it to you. With this hassle i woudl ahve to charge for shipping so i dont loose money and then the discount wouldn't be the same. I think its best to just order from them. They give the bmwcca discount to all of you if you mention the group buy through the forums.this is also alot safer then sending your money to a small vendor on the east coast. Don't send money to jonthan even though he will email you a price quoate shipped to your door.(if we decide to go trhough him Ill let you know, but i highly recommend paying alittle more and buy from leatherique) They can also do the kits that everyone wants, jon couldn't Call them and place your orders when you are ready, talk to krysti cause she knows about the group purchase. leave a message with your number she'll call back don't worry. M3_boogie 07-13-2004, 04:01 PM Just an FYI - you can get these things in Kits from Leatherique for less than that. What exactly are we paying here? Sounds like it's not really a GB, just the BMWCCA discount we could have gotten on our own. Extrav.Dreams 07-15-2004, 01:22 PM It would be pretty difficult to beat what George has offered us. bigmansM 07-16-2004, 12:34 AM It would be pretty difficult to beat what George has offered us. I'm so sorry guys for all the confusion. when i originally contacted that vendor by the name of jonathan i hadn't heard a word from leatherique so i was kindof in need. I am waiting to hear from George about any additional discounts for a large purchase or to even confirm the multiple discount. I am arrange the purchase to have the bcca discount even if you are not a member. If we dont get that then jon is waiting. 96m3 07-16-2004, 12:41 AM I just ran out of both the Rejuvinator and the Pristine Clean yesterday.I need to order. Martin nathan 07-16-2004, 03:22 AM awsome, thanks bigmansM -nathan JLac 07-16-2004, 11:17 AM I just gave them a call this morning and Krysti seems to be out of town and no one else at leatherique knows about a BMW forum group purchase. So, what exactly is going on? I wanna get the leatherique stuff ASAP and redo my leather before going back to school. 97 MPWR 07-16-2004, 11:43 AM I received my Rejuvinator oil and the Pristine Clean yesterday. The invoice had -20.something for BMWCCA discount on it. Can someone tell me how to use just the cleaner and oil. The instructions that were included detail how to redye and that's not what I'm looking to do. Boomerbimmer 07-16-2004, 06:34 PM Pick a hot day, spray the cleaner on, let it sit in the sun for a few hours and wipe it off. Spray the rejuvinator on, let it sit for a while and wipe it around. That's what George told me and it worked for me. Extrav.Dreams 07-16-2004, 07:55 PM you have it turned around I believe, the RO goes on first, then simply use the PC to clean it off 97 MPWR 07-16-2004, 08:03 PM which is it?? RO then PC or PC the RO?? Boomerbimmer 07-16-2004, 10:51 PM RO first (they reccommend 4oz per seat) with your hands or brush. I sprayed mine on with good results. Then apply PC with a terry cloth or sponge and massage out the dirt. Again I sprayed mine and then wiped it with a terry cloth. If I had a scanner I would scan the entire brochure for you. 94-325i 07-17-2004, 12:14 AM Is this group still open? I'd like to get 4oz crack filler, 32oz for both RO and PC. Could some one PM me or who do I have to PM? Thanks. bigmansM 07-17-2004, 01:17 AM I just gave them a call this morning and Krysti seems to be out of town and no one else at leatherique knows about a BMW forum group purchase. Well i ams itll waiting to hear from george and if u cant wait for krysti to get back in town then we can always order from jonathan. Did u mention the bcca discount? Ill try calling tomm or monday see if krysti or geore is there bigmansM 07-18-2004, 04:11 AM Well It's offical. Contact Leatherique, tell them you are apart of the BMW group buy that you were referred by Todd(who talked to George). Place your order or ask questions. For a few examples: 35% off rejuv Oil and pristine clean. 50% off dye when purchase of crack filler. Guy be patient if the women answering the phones aren't aware of the group buy, It may take George sometime to forward the message to them. If they need harcore details just tell them that you are suppose to get the bcca discount plus an additional discount for the group purchase. If there are any problems let me know. I am ordering Monday. 97 MPWR 07-18-2004, 09:14 AM I only received the BMW CCA discount on my invoice. I'm going to call them on Monday to see if I can get the additional discount taken off. bigmansM 07-18-2004, 02:20 PM I only received the BMW CCA discount on my invoice. AL3925i 07-18-2004, 05:27 PM I asked for a #3 kit yesterday. George replied there are no further discounts on restoration kits which are "so drastically discounted for our car club members already." Is that right? bimmerdriver99 07-18-2004, 05:41 PM im in for ok.... JLac 07-18-2004, 08:06 PM I asked for a #3 kit yesterday. George replied there are no further discounts on restoration kits which are "so drastically discounted for our car club members already." Is that right? WTF?! So what's the total for the restoration kit #3 for light grey leather?! Is there even an additional discount on this kit or do we have to pay the regular price?! TIA! Extrav.Dreams 07-18-2004, 08:43 PM This is what he told me, I assume it is the same for any color they do not have to custom match. "We also have a kit # 3 with BMW Black dye for $119. It has a quart of Rejuvenator, Prestine, Prep, Black dye, and 2 oz crack filler." Not sure what the "regular" price is but that is about $75 less from buying it all seperately at the normal prices. I don't see why you are all complaining so much. No, it isnt a group buy but the prices are still fair, especially if you buy in bulk. And you can buy at any time and dont have to wait for a bunch of people to order. I don't know if he is b.sing me around about any additional discounts but let me say that $115 is not expensive because when i first approached leatherique the price for kit #3 was much highier, close to $175 with dove gray. I personally haven't ordered yet, but i Will handle any misunderstandings. The kit number 3 should hvae a 35% discount on pc and ro, reguylar price on crack filler but 50% of on the dye. prep agent, they can't give a discount on and neither could the other vendor, so thats pretty much it. I hope everyone has a pleasent experience, and lets post pictures of all out projects in this thread. Here's the deal, they give 50% discount on the pristine clean and the rejuvenator oil making a 32oz bottle of rejuvenator oil $22 and because the restoration kits are already at a huge discounted price, they only give an additional 10 dollars off the restoration kit making kit #3 $105. Overall I think this is a pretty good deal. Everyone post their results and enjoy! phillyB///M3 08-19-2004, 03:24 PM This deal still available?
