The idiot I am I parked my car under a tree the other day. Just noticed sap had dripped onto my left fender. I've tried everything, but can't get it off. Starting to scare me as the spot has a white edge around it. Can it fuck up my paint? Looks awful, like a huge bubble in the paint. Please help!

Normal wash, sap and tar remover, wd40, scraping, nothing seem to help, only smudges it but it won't go away.

clay got 3 month old egg residue off my car. It works wonders.
Another vote for the clay bar. Awesome product. Just make sure you wax afterwards at the very least.

Stoner Xenit is the best stuff out there. It RULES!
I highly recommend it. I use it to detail and get tree pitch/sap off.

Hmmm.. Think I'll go look for some of that Stoner thing as I don't have a clue how to use a claybar. Oh and now I have a nice spot of wd40 on my fender aswell :stickoutt Guess it will go away at the same time then?
