I think the Zygmunt website says they are the redesigned ones.
BMWg84 06-25-2004, 11:32 PM Every purchase I've made thru Zygmunt Motors was a smooth and easy one. I highly recommend them!!
Anyway.. *bump*
hamanncheese 06-26-2004, 05:07 AM is that $567.88 shipped? will these work well with stock m3 spring rate? or do they require aftermarket springs (eibach pro-kit, h&r sport, etc...)?
wsmc831 06-28-2004, 01:19 PM don't believe that is shipped...but anyway that's a good price still. I just ordered and paid another 40 to get here by the weekend as I'll have 3 days (though, domestic duties and golf will probably take 2 of those days).
was going with koni's, but since these come with the strut housing and they just bolt in, for me it wasn't worth cutting/modifying the housing.
easy order process!
DeeM3 07-22-2004, 11:12 PM bump for an excellent seller. I had the part i ordered in my house the next day. Now that's fast shipping. Of course this was using regular shipping.
tomas3314 07-23-2004, 08:52 PM Does this sale include any of the PSS or PSS9 series coil-over's?
The-Great-328ic 07-24-2004, 02:47 AM I need the sport bilsten shocks for my 328 cabriolet
how much shipped to 90011 and what's all that it's included?
QuestMCoupe 07-25-2004, 10:03 PM Chris, can you give me a price for a set of Bilstein Sports for the M Coupe? Thanks.
MPWRCPE 07-28-2004, 04:42 PM Chris, can you give me a price for a set of Bilstein Sports for the M Coupe? Thanks.
Ditto....please :D
QuestMCoupe 08-02-2004, 09:42 PM These are the prices I got from Chris for the M Coupe.
VE3-4393, Strut Assembly $146.88
VE3-4394, Strut Assembly $146.88
BE5-2718, Shock Absorber REAR SET $145.88
Great deal! I'll be ordering a set soon.
MPWRCPE 08-03-2004, 12:02 AM I think those are the part numbers for the 'Heavy Duty' shocks. The part #'s for the sports I think are :
VE3-4404(Left front)
VE3-4405(Right front)
BE5-2730(Rear)
$450 seems REALLY cheap considering the set for the M3 is $570????
:dunno:
Or, I could be retarded, and that's just a REALLY good deal :D
QuestMCoupe 08-03-2004, 12:57 AM Well you might have to consider that we dont have the same rear as the e36 M3 so that could be why they are cheaper for us. I dont know about the part numbers though. I'll call in the morning and ask.
MPWRCPE 08-03-2004, 01:04 AM Ahhh, good point. Please let me know what you find out, I may have the p/n's switched.
psychocandy 08-04-2004, 10:43 PM How much for a set of HD's for an E39?
MyGlue 08-05-2004, 01:20 AM Can we order single pieces? I just want a rear shock. Might buy a pair if need be.
QuestMCoupe 08-05-2004, 04:12 PM Just ordered my set, should be here next Tuesday or Wednesday.
MPWRCPE, according to bimmerparts.com Bilstein has discontinued the Sport shocks for our cars due to problems they were having with them. The guy said the HDs do not feel any different from the Sports. If I have any problems with mine I'll contact and Bilstein and have them revalved or something.
Robstah 08-05-2004, 04:45 PM which ones will work with the eibach sportlines on an e36 non-m?
DINAN 3 08-05-2004, 05:28 PM Chris,
THNX for hooking me and my buddy "Jari" up with your Bilstein BTS Kit.
I'm looking forward to getting delivery.
THNX 4 the GREAT deal,
Marv. (from Canada)

Did they say anything specific about the problems with the sport shocks? So does this mean that all sport shocks out there now have a problem? I was thinking about buying some but may hold off now.
QuestMCoupe 08-06-2004, 10:49 AM No they didnt say anything specific. You may want to call and ask about your application.
MPWRCPE 08-06-2004, 10:53 AM Thanks for checking that out Quest, looks like I'll be going the Koni route.
QuestMCoupe 08-06-2004, 11:25 AM No problem. I was thinking of going Koni too but I just dont feel like doing the extra stuff to make them work up front. I'll take pics of the drop with the HDs and give impressions next week.
MPWRCPE 08-06-2004, 02:18 PM Yeah, post up some pics when you're done. What springs did you go with??
QuestMCoupe 08-06-2004, 02:29 PM I'm going to be running H&R Sport springs.

Here's the link to their latest offers... maybe ask your question there but it looks like they are a little less than $10 more now. This one closed long ago.
