Made it to HIN Charlotte this past weekend and took home:
Best DTM
Best BMW (found out on Sunday, cuz they screwed up at trophy time Sat night! Trophy will come later)
4th place - 4-door mild

They had a really huge spectator turnout...Really surprised for the Charlotte area, but very nice :)

Only problem is that I blew out from my front/driver tire on the drive back at 1am Sat night!!! I had to call AAA and have it flat-bedded to some Mom/pop garage shop and then they couldn't do jack until today (Monday)...Sheesh...ended up having a huge tire gash on the back and got a used Dunlop today to get me home :( Thank goodness the rim didn't get bent!!

Anyhoo, more HIN pics at my gallery (sorry, quality isn't the best!)

Congrats Nick on the 1st win of the season with the new look!
Sux about the tire but at least that was the only damage... could have been bad news for the HRE's :bawl

Thanks Brent! Yea was nice to "debut" the new look for the first time at a big show and take some hardware home :)

Haha, yes, the interior and engine bay was verryyy clean! hehe..thanks Kyle! I found out that using Meguiars "Trim Detailer" liquid on the plastic pieces makes them shine real good!

Yea, I didn't really take too many pics...There were A LOT of spectators at this show and really never had too much time to really leave my car since everyone was clammoring all over it... I should've taken pics of the trunk, but didn't :( Sorry man!

When I'm at HIN Philly in 2 weekends, I'll definitely be taking lots of pics of the car/trunk!

Wow, congrats Nick! No surprise after checking your car out at Champp's, incredible ride.. How many events are you hitting this year? We should get a pool going to see how many trophies you bring home.. :D

At least the HRE's didn't touch asphalt!!

LOL, your too funny..A pool :) hehe... Well I will be at HIN Philly next weekend, 6/25! But I doubt I will get a trophy at all...The Northeast has some killer BMW's, incl the legendary Eddie Farcon and several E46's that are modded to the hilt, just like mine.
But ya never know :) Its all on how you present your car...hehe..

Thanks for kind words again everyone!
