Hey guys, I am going to get tint probably next week and was wandering where would you guys recommend doing it at? How much is it going to cost? And what % tint / combination should I get for my Black Sedan.

I hate to say it (it's been 3 years since I tinted the M3), so I can't remember the cost, but I do recommend using Sound Sensations. They're off Cobb Parkway just south of the Big Chicken across from Krispy Kreme. They did good work and both the installation and the tint have a lifetime guarantee (Not that I've had to use it). I had the maximum legal tint (at the time) installed and have been happy with it.

Yeah I want to get 5% now, everyone list the absolute best tint shop and i'll be there within a week.

Oasis Window Tinting on Pleasant Hill Road about 2 miles off 85. I think a few guys here have had theirs done there.

I am going to Atlanta Tint and Detail to get mine done tomorrow. I had them tint my old Acura Legend and they did a fantastic job.

They are off Buford Highway just south of Jimmy Carter Blvd.

I was recommended to ATL tint and detail. They want over $200 for my car though

They quoted me $200 even. I have used them before and it is worth it.

The girl who does all the cars for Global (Her shop is the one at the corner of Cobb Pkwy and Windy Hill under the car wash place) wanted $250.

FYI - It was $159 for my car at Oasis. I guess a sedan might cost a little more.

I want to get this done sometime after I get my car back from the bodyshop.

anyone ever try anything off of 29? im pretty much local via work, and could probably drop off my car during lunch break, and there are a lot of detailing/tint shops.

Guys, If anyone is interested my shop is next door to Line X and also Solarworks glass tinting on Alpharetta Hwy (Roswell) whom I would both recommend. Let me know and I will see if I can work out a group deal of some sort....
