FYI, CARB has a searchable database for EVERY Executive Order (EO) they have done for Aftermarket Parts. If you want to see if a companies kit/part/whatever is vertified, just search the handy dandy database!

None listed for the E36 M3 except Dinan. But I can't see spending $10K BEFORE install. That's at least 50 percent more than my car is worth. $6K including installation is more like it.

Yes, there is a kit for a 2.8 Z3 with an inter-cooler. People love these kits since there is practically no parasitic loss due to the clutch system. We just did the Z4 for Rotora and it hauls buns!
