how often do you condition? If you are going to spend the time doing that, I'd advise getting some lexol leather cleaning wipes. It'll take maybe a minute more, and you will get a better clean.

Is it ok to use by themselves for small touchups (like the driver's seat for sweat and such, spills) or do you HAVE to followup it up with the conditioner wipes?

You don't need a damp towel, you could just use the swiffer-type dry wipes. I keep on in the glove compartment and wipe down the entire interior between major detailings.

Yes, definately. For minor dustings and shuch a damp towel is fine.
