Orinocco blue/ platinum leather
SMG/19''/everything else (no nav)
could you guys help me with the following ?s:
should I get a lojack?
how about radar (V1) ? will it interfere with the lojack?
any other advice/warnings for a new M3 owner (traded in my 330 convert)

I've never seen the color combo you have....post them pics!

As far as lojack goes.....don't bother. You need the key to start any BMW since 1996. It is a built in interface between the computer that runs the car and the key. The only M3 I heard of being stolen was some guy who had it stolen from the dealer parking lot while he was in for service. They left the key in it. Of course, it could be towed, but if you get the cheap dealer alarm installed, it will sound an alarm if the car is tipped.

You can get a V1 if you want...I used to have quite a selection of radar equipment. I found that it told me more that I was busted than helping me avoid it. Lots of instant on and laser around here. I dumped all the equipment and use my eyes....have had 1 ticket in the last 5 years (knock on wood). I think they lull you into a false sense of security.

Cool things to look into would be Sirius Radio and the AUX input for an Ipod or other MP3 player you can add for next to nothing. Cool stuff most don't have. Also, Bluetooth- if you have a phone that supports it. There is lots of info on this board on all that stuff.

Love the outside......I'm glad I don't have your interior! I drive mine all year in Cleveland....that upholstery would not hold up here....in AZ, you should be set.
