Im located in north jersey and was wondering if anyone knew of a place that was good with s14 engines and what they thought the cost might be...thanks

I second that motion. Don is one of the best in the business.

The rebuilds on the S14s start a 5-6K parts and labor but usually skyrocket from there. The rub is that you get into the whole "Well while the motor is open I might as well upgrade/change XXXXXX" and the next thing you know your at 8 grand.

Thinking 2.5 conversion? Think 10K plus. Once you do the bottom end, you'll want to do the head for better flow, then an Alpha N setup....and on and on and on till your broke.
