This past weekend, I went on vacation... took a nice drive, probably about 600 miles roundtrip.
Anyway, on the vacation, I spent two days away from home where the car had to sleep outside. Both mornings when I started the car... it complained bitterly. Quite odd.
When the car sleeps inside (as it normally does), each morning it starts with a normal purr and rock solid idle, never gives me any driveability issues.
Well, while on vacation, after sleeping outside, I started it up that morning... rough idle and the car wanted to stall. Figured, it was just the morning jitters. I let it smooth itself out then proceeded on my regular morning warmup routine (easy till warm). The car butted and bucked almost like it didn't get a good night sleep.
I remember once where I tried to accelerate easily from a stop and with the clutch out and gas pedal in, the car just kinda hung around 1000rpm with no signs of acceleration, I had to clutch back in, give it some gas to the RPMs got up around 1500-1800 and ride the clutch out. Then it moved. Really weird.
So when I came home last night, I put the car back in the garage and it slept there all night. This morning... no issues.
I think the car was mad at me for making it sleep outside. Who says these cars don't have a mind of their own.
