Only three days before this bullet proof one is gone...

or
How about a 95 with only 255,670 miles on it?

or
This one looks like it is a good deal, a 01 with 68K miles, only 24k, but check the fine print...

The first one is NOT a "bullet proof" protection model. The biggest giveaway is the sunroof. Protection models did NOT have a sunroof.
Other things to look for, most can be seen NOT to be this way in this auction:
Rear windows do not roll down, no switches in rear, 2 switches on driver's door.
17" wheels w/run flat tires.
Only two seats in the rear, center armrest w/phone and radio controls.
No rain sensing wipers due to ~1" thick glass.
No HPS airbags due to armoring.
~1" thick windows ("break resistant" windows are ~3/8" thick)

Dave,
I had pretty much figured out that this wasn't a real one, but thought I would post it and the other's anyway. This is the second supposed "Bullet Proof" car that has been on Ebay that was a fake, that I have seen. I think the real ones are probably a little difficult to come by. Anyway, thanks for the clarifications.

number 3 couldn't have been in a "minor" accident. The DMV doesn't do that with cars unless the repair value exceeds the value of the car and the owner doesn't want to pay for the car repairs. I have some experience with these things (ahem...).
Maybe the accidents (notice the plural) were minor each of the 15 cars that hit it only caused $3k damage each. So in fact, they were "minor" accidents.

From the first ad: "The side windows have bubbles in it because they are bullet proof."
No, they have bubbles because of the cheap tint. Where do these people come from... and even worse, who are the people that fall for this kind of thing?
I'll buy the car and tell the seller the money says "monopoly" because it's my money and I am the only one who can spend it. Maybe he's as gullible as he thinks all potential buyers are.
There are laws. They just ought to enforce them.
