I left a great shop in SoCal... and so now I'd like something to match it. From brake jobs to valve jobs. I'm near Millburn/Maplewood/Summit/Livingston. Any recs?

If your willing to travel a few extra minutes, in Basking Ridge theres a place. Its Will's Mobil, right off Route 202. I work there, and get my car serviced there, and the two mechanics are great. They used to work on my dads E30, and I trust them more than the dealer on my E36. I sound like an advertisement, but seriously they do an awesome job on anything that needs to be done.

Welcome to the Left Coast. You local NJ BMWCCA chapter is a real good one. Check out their social, rally, and D/E programs. Also, you are within 5 hours of at least 5 great tracks. Check out www.njbmwcca.org Maybe I will see you at some future events, look for a Silver and Carbon Fiber E30M3, NYBMWCCA plates that read L8APX.

Here is a great event to meet the BMW guys and girls in your new home state.

Are you serious they know e36s?? I'm like 2 seconds from Will's Mobile but I've never thought of taking my car there.
