I took the tint off in mine and it was really easy. All you do is buy some tint remover from Pep Boys and some black trash bags. Cut the trash bags open and lay them on the outside of the car and cut out the shape of the rear window. Wait for a nice sunny day and spray the back window with the tint remover from the inside. While the back window is still wet, stick the plastic bag that you cut out to the window from the inside. You might need some tape to hold it up. Let it sit there for about an hour, making sure that the bag is stuck to the window the whole time. After it cooks for an hour remove the bag and find a corner. Begin to peel the tint back. There is a film and a glue on there so make sure that you grab both to begin with it will make things easier. You should be able to pull the tint off in a few pieces. After you are finished soak the window with windex and remove left over glue with a paper towel. You can use a razor if you are careful but its not necessary. This process took me about 2 hours from start to finish. If you have more questions please email me. As for the tint shop, there is a place in Waldorf, MD called Eclipse $99.00 for your whole car.
