bro don't sweat paying a lot of $$ on some girl for prom. Just make sure you get her tight under-age body drunk. $8 bottle of seagrims gin and you'll have the time of your life.

you'll learn about 2-3 years from now that Prom was a big extravagant waste...

Wait till you get in college and find chicks who give themselves away.... :evil2

Eh, I'm a realist... I know its a big extravagant waste already, but I don't have a problem with that. Its a once-in-a-lifetime thing so I better make the most of it. Odyssey Dinner Cruise looks awesome but it lasts until 11 which sort of runs way into the actual point of the evening - prom. Definately gonna keep it in mind for the future though!

Well.. youre one step ahead of the game already....

I went to the restaurant at the top of the Marriott in Roslyn for mine... but you kids nowadays w/ your bling bling H2 stretch limos prolly want something a bit more extravagant

Yeah, I just took my mom's s500 for prom. It was hot to pull up at the DoubleTree for valet while everyone else was tumbling out of their limo's with 20 other people.

Working here in the city, and having a girlfriend that has good connections helps :) I've been to three badd asss restaurants here - go to any one of these, and you will NOT be sorry:

Roy's Restaurant on Aliceanna St - right at the roundabout at the end of President Street. Hawaiian Fusion cuisine is what they call it - I call it fuckin scrumptious.

Flemings Steakhouse right behind Roy's on Aliceanna also - great steakhouse (also servers fish/pork) that blows away Ruth's Chris IMO.

And THE BEST, Four West, formerly Polo Grill on University Parkway. This place SMOKES - I've seen Peter Angelos here..that should tell you something!

You can find better descriptions of the food/atmosphere on the internet - they all have sites. Expect to pay a minimum of $80 for a dinner for two w/out drinks at all these places. Four West is the best of all three, so a full dinner for two may run you $120-$140 - but trust me, it's worth it!

You're welcome.

GG999-

Have you been to Victor's near Flemings and Roy's? Haven't been there, but GREAT view and it has been reviewed on "The Best Of" on Food Network.

Another excellent restaurant with GREAT ambiance and great food is Eurasian Cafe. As the name infers, it is fusion cuisine. It is at Pier 5, in the same building as McCormicks and Schmicks.

Well I work like 2 blocks from there (Victors), so we go there for lunch/happy hour all the time. It's pretty good - it has it's ups and downs though. While most of my visits there have been decent, there have been some crappy experiences. But that's true with any restaurant I guess - you go there enough, and you're bound to have a bad experience.

I've also heard that Eurasian Cafe is good, but I've never been there so I can't give an honest opinion.

What is Phillips Harborplace like? Just wondering because I know I can get a reservation there (the owner is on DTMpower!)...

The food is REALLY good, especially when Brice springs for it! :D Kidding. (ask him about the someone named Charlie deep throating a corn cob there) hahahahahahaha!

It's not bad food, but it is generally crowded with tourists. The other restaurants aforementioned are a little more upscale. Not saying that the Inner Harbor location is downscale, but the other places have a nicer environment to be with your date.

:( :( My opinion of that place is very low. Touristy, lousy food everytime I've been there, and big $$ for nothin. JMO, but I stand by it.
