How many of you guys go out to RMR? And have any of you actually run your car?
I don't think I've ever seen a BMW go down the track. (Although this could be because I get so sick of all the intake & exhaust civics and neons that I end up wandering the pits talking to friends...)

I went out to the midnight drags a couple of times when they first started. I saw a yellow Z3 (M possibly) and two E36 models run the track. Haven't been out in awhile, spend my racing time with the SCCA at the E-center. We've got a black 97 M3 over there that is seriously fast.

I've only been to SCCA at the E-center once, and it was last year. I went a few times to the ones at the fairgrounds...

How many of you guys go out to RMR?

I think RMR is pretty fun.
I used to go watch quite a bit when by friend used to be a concessions manager/buyer and would get me in for free.

RMR is the first place I saw Josh and Thad's car's for the first time.

I was with my buddy dave and I'm like "holy shit, two E36 3 series.. - one's an M car..."

...can you guess who won? despite the sweet melody of Josh's Cams.. :D

Anyhow, Mindy - the friend who worked there, let me take my E34 525i around the oval track (with the stadium lights OFF... and it was so fun!)
then I did a 1/4 mile myself.. (this was at 2 in the morning on a week day night) my old bimmer pulled off a 17.5 @ 90 WOOO HOOO.... :buttrock
