I found out my alignment specs. I let two of the fastest people in auto-x (SM and BSP) drive my car this past weekend. They were REALLY impressed. The car did not understeer at all and it turned on a friggin' dime. What alignment are you guys running?

a) 0 toe in the front
b) 1.5 mm of toe in the rear, each side
c) 1.8-2.0 degrees of negative camber up front, each side (he forgets exactly)
d) 1.3 degrees of negative camber in the rear, each side (give or take a few tenths -- he said they would use .5 degrees less camber in the rear than the front to have it trail).
e) front sways -- loose
f) rear sways -- full tight

I mean seriously, the car will turn: period. I am running a staggered (cold) and 36 psi rear (cold).

Just curious to see what others are using.

just installed full ground control setup with camber plate 3 weeks ago and aligned last week (my own setting).

-1.5 left front, -1.7 right front camber @ street
-2.5~3 @ track
0 front toe @ street, when change to more camber via camber plate at track, it will turn into slight toe out.

-1.9~2 rear camber
1/16 toe in per side

the above setting is recommended from Shep and many other track junkie over at roadfly.org however, you do know that autox setup is different than track setup tho!

p.s. gonna test it out this coming sunday @ summit point

I don't remember the exact settings off the top of my head, but here are the approx.

0 toe
-1.7 degrees negative camber front.
-1.3 degrees negative camber rear.
front sways and rear sways set to full stiff

using a 500/550lb GC setup.

Here's my settings:

front:

toe 0
camber -1.5 both sides
caster 6.8 both sides

rear:

toe 1/16th in
camber -2.0 both sides

Car truns in very sharp right now.

I have the Eibach sways set at the outside setting in the front for less understeer.

I will play with the some more camber up front, thinking of going upto -2.2
