Once you go black, you'll never go back! I love my jet black, a b***h to keep clean, but WELL worth it!

Lot of work maintaining Jet Black but nothing looks better or reflects deeper.

I can't tell you how many people have said, "What is your car blue or black; it looks amazing!"

Just a pain to keep clean, but well worth it.

Look at the different cars at the Zaino store website--all of them look good, but the black cars look incredible.

Carbon Black is basically a Midnight Blue Custom Paintjob straight from the factory. When just detailed it glimmers deep blue in the light and even in the dark the blue hint still shines out from the black. I love the Carbon Black, but here is a small tip, if you are planning on Carbon Fiber all over the exterior of the car [i mean hood, bootlid, roof, etc...] stay away from Carbon Black, its a color that fights the effect of extreme carbon fiber. When accented properly, I think its the best looking option.

carbon black day or night, I love it more every time I see it. But when it looks that good, you don't even want a speck on it. It turns out specks are out there to be had everywhere.

my dad HATES black cars.
they are a bitch to clean,
black paint shows everything and then some.
it shows chips, all sandblasting, dirt, ALL swrill marks in the paint.

when we were looking for m3's he said, 'no black bimmers'
then we pulled into the bmw lot.

and we saw a jet black 2004 m3.

and this is the result.......

the other result is a car payment.

Yes they do, and the roof. To top it off, you can see that *poo* from a mile away.

+1, on the poo.... I had one bird that must have heartburn or acid reflux or something shit on my hood and it permanently damaged the paint. I even detailed with a medium abrasive polish to try and remove some of the clearcoat and after 2 passes it was still there and i had to stop.

I get a ton of compliments on my CB/Cinn combo, particularly with the top down. The cinn. interior really plays off the deep blue well. Black isn't that hard to take care of as long as you have a good coat of wax (I've got probably 20-30 coats of Zaino Z5 & Z2 on mine) and Kozak dry-wash towel. About mid-week, I'll take a quick pass over the car and it looks as good as it did on the weekend when I washed it.

OH yeah, the CB Cinnamon combo is a real eye pleaser. The bright warm interior against the Carbon Black paint looks very exotic... Anyone have any pics of CB with the Imola Red interior?

I like many of the colors. I was lucky enough to order new, and when it came time to push the button, CB/Cinn was the one. I've no regrets. Yeah, it shows the dust and dirt, but even when it's dirty it still looks good. When clean, awesome . .

Wow I wasn't a big fan of the black M3s till I saw the picture in your signature. AMAZING!!! That is a beautiful color, but yeah I can see why you guys say it's hard to keep clean. Man now I have to start looking for the carbon black M3s also. Probably easier than the Laguna Seca blue that I've been looking for. :stickoutt

blue, black, purple, etc. I've got them all.

bitch to keep looking nice, but whatever.

CB gives the car a bit of flare, and also keeps it off the 'visual' radar when it comes to the police since it still mostly looks black, as opposed to red/LSB/phoenix yellow -- those have gotta be cop magnets!

I love black, but its just the biggest pain in the ass too maintain. Its either white or Blace. White M3 are sexy as hell too.

I love my carbon black, though it does stress me out way more than my prior arctic silver M5... I could clean that thing with steal wool and it would still look great!

Holy crap four hours! I suggest to everyone that has ever waxed anything to try Flash Wax. We use it on everything. It is on and off in the time it takes you to say wipe on wipe off. Ok so maybe it takes 15 seconds to dry then you wipe off, but I was close. I love it and use it on my BMW all the time. Give it a try it makes waxing much easier.
