I have done the sunroof delete in my car and now I need headliner options. I am still in the process of trying to acquire a used stock, non-sunroof headliner (a new one from the dealer, even Pacific BMW, is out of the question) but was curious about other alternatives. Any ideas?

have you tried any local upholstery shops to see if they can custom make one? alcantara would be nice or a leopard print : :stickoutt

btw, show us some pics of the sunroof delete.

Well, I did buy an aftermarket headliner. The salesman I bought it from told me it was an OEM headliner for my car. So naturally I thought it was just like the stock one. But when it came in the mail, it was just some fabric with thin foam and a few support rods. I was pissed to say the least  . Now, looking at what they did send me, I could probably make something work, or I can send it back and look for another alternative. Before I decide what to do I wanted to see what others have done out there.

Attached are a few pics of my sunroof delete. I just used the directions that Gary Richardson posted a few months back. It turned out pretty well. The only thing I did differently from his directions was to use JB Weld instead of screws to attach the standoffs to the metal tabs. I had to use steel for the standoffs instead of aluminum so drilling holes or even using self tapping screws would have been a serious PITA.
