Hi everyone.

I was hoping to get some feedback and opinions on what I should expect. I have a 2000 323i sedan. I am taking it in because it the steering wheel is shaking slightly when driving and very badly when braking.

I am thinking that it is probably warped rotors, but I'm not sure because it also shimmys a little when not braking.

What do you guys think?
What would you expect I would pay for brakes?
What pads and rotors should I get?
Bavarian says that they won't install "customer's" parts, i.e. They want me to buy there parts from them. Should I insist on getting my own parts in order to save money?

Also, I have a loud humming sound when I turn my steering wheel at slow speeds and the power steering feels likje it is going off. Seems to me like I need a new power steering pump. What do you guys think? How much should I pay for that?
