On Saturday May 15th there will be the next SoCal Euro vs. Japan Canyon Fun . This time, there will be many more canyon's. You know where and what time.

PLEASE exercise CAREFUL DRIVING when attending and participating in this event. Reckless drivers may want to stay home. We are NOT liable for any property damage or injury.

Although this IS an open event, it is preferd that we have a smaller group for this one.

IMPORTANT!
If you make this Cruise, please, DO NOT pass the lead car. I assure you, the lead car WON'T lag. This is due to people getting constantly lost when they think they know the route.

Funny how Tyler (TSG///M3) and I were just talking about having a canyon run on the 15th. We wanted to get more people so I wanted to post about it here, then I find out there is one already. Infamous mind sharing when? Where? How? with us im really intrested in going with my new E30 hehe :D

I'm down. Sounds like fun. I'm curious about the Honda S2000's too....definitely will be a challenge. It would be sweet if the person leading had a V1 or Escort just to try and prevent speeding tickets as much as possible. :D

every drive that i've been aware of in the last 6 months has had atleast one accidnent in it...

two of which were so cal german car cruises, one in OC where the kid died, and one at bimmerfest...

I opt not to go to these drives anymore, and considering that now there are going to be insignificant rivalries along with big egos and fast cars... there's no way i'll be there.

I completely agree w/ you on this Aren. I have no need to prove to anyone that I'm faster than them; there will alwyas be someone faster. I would rather meet up with some cool friends and enjoy an iced coffee and BS. :)

I recommend just having the good ol' fashion MEET without the drive until some people get a little more mature. The meets i participated in 3-4 years ago were never this crazy - people driving in opposing lanes of traffic, cutting off other cars on the road, excessive speed around canyon corners and on city streets. The worst is when other cant catch up and end up getting lost. Seriously guys, what are you trying to prove? We are one of the most looked up to import communities, it's about time we stopped acting like the rest and be intelligent in our decision-making.

we showed up at around 9:20. And we were the first ones there. I was surprised to see no one there. A couple of cars showed up afterwards and we went ahead and started the run at around 10 PM. I have no idea where you waited but we've seen no one there when we showed up. And the lot was empty except a few cars who were next to the KB TOYS

I was there from 8:30 and 3 cars were there with me and we waited for an hour and nobody was in the back parking lot behind KB Toys. So after an hour we left and went to In n Out to see if maybe you were there and nobody was there either so just us 3 cars went and did a quick canyon run of ourselves before going home.

Was everyone in front of KB Toys or something (I thought we always meet in the back)?

we were in the back. But the security kicked us out, so we went to the front lot.
