I need to get a check engine light read, so I was wondering if anyone in my area has a tool they would let me use. I really do not want to spend $45 to get it read, so if anyone would be able to help me out that would be great.

Thanks.

Yo D, cruise over to SAS German Auto and ask for Ron, tell him Keith sent ya.
It's about 10 blocks from your house on California, half a block behind Big O.
I'm sure he'll plug it in for you and tell you what's up.

Thanks Keith! I'll cruise over their tomorrow. The light popped off about an hour ago, but I still want to see what it is.

Your thread just officially got hijacked :D

Does anyone have a tool I could get a read from in the South Bay sometime? No rush as I'm not really driving the car but I just recently threw a CEL and it has been pissing me off. I hate having to drive with that thing...

thx
