Most places here in SD charge between $200 - $300 for tint, and that's for 5 windows. I don't think $299 is bad for 7 windows, especially if they warranty the quality of the tint job.

Exactly, get what you pay for... but theres definitely no reason to overpay either. I've sent many people to that shop, and they've seen the tint on my car beforehand.

I'm sure Marita's seen my car with the tint before. They're good quality and certainly not turning purple :D

i think ill go with tint connection, since i see most of the highschool kids cars in hb, are done by the tint pros...

yeah the tint pros will be able to tint your windows. but they will do the front windshield, and the two front driver and passenger doors, but they obviously let u know that is it illegal. most tint places now a days they dont do stuff like that, and that is what the tint connection is for. they only tint what is legal in the state of california because they have been busted for it in the past. the tint connection is right next to mesa performance which is where I get my OEM parts from. i remember that the tint connection quoted me $175 for all of the windows tinted with the exception of the front windshield, and the two front/passenger windows.

6 front window tickets and counting. All windows are limo tinted (including front side windows) except my windshield. They'll strip the front off for free but charge to put it back on. And lifetime warranty.

Tint Pros wanted $300+ on my m3 and I was like NO WAY :eek: $300 to tint my car and the lady was all " Why did you buy an m3 and not a 318? you got a m3 because m3 is the best right?" "WE ARE THE BEST" I was like F**K THAT LADY im going to tint connection :buttrock . Got my tint taken off and new tint put on with a life time warranty for $180

i just called them and they said $175 for tint, thats with the discount...not bad...i guess ill call them again for an appt for tint...

probably 35%, unless u guys post pics of cars tinted with the % with them

Hey I wanted to ask for of all, what color is your car? I also wanted to recommend Whittier Tint Shop. They have been around for years and their reputation has just continued to build. Like others have said you get what you pay for...It's a little on the fair to just almost expensive all depending on what you want, all windows tinted, the degree of tint, the style or tpe too. Their quality is unsurpassed and do offer a lifetime warranty. I had had a "mirror tint" done there and that totally changed my car for the better. They did a great job and actually get asked all the time about the tint. Here's a picture of it, never mind the rest of the car alot else has changed...new body kit etc....Just in case you'd like to get some prices or care to look the phone no. the shop is in the city of Whittier, its right off the offramp on the 605.
