For some reason my front left Brake Caliper top bolt came out. So it was hanging be just the bottom one. I thought I made a good quick fix with a lug nut. When about 4 hours later that came out also. What should I do. I think I am going ot just take it to my mechanic. Wanted some ideas first

 oh my god. :help
I would take that into a shop and have ALL the brake parts checked (or DIY if you're comfortable and have the tools). I don't see how that could just slip out, someone probably didnt torque things right, or even forgot to torque them. Either way, negligence was probably involved, and you should check that they didnt miss anything else either.

Don't take it to the same mechanic again, they probably forgot to tighten it correctly or did not replace it at all. Your just lucky that at least one was there to stop the car.
The hex/stars ensure proper grip and tightening, so there is really no possibiliity of them backing out.
Happened to my dads car, mech forgot to tighten the starter bolts back, had to get another starter under warranty within the next month.
