I love today. So many people racing on Friday night. There was this punk kid in a black Mustang GT Convertible, bone stock from what I can hear and see. His top was down so I hope he heard my s/c.

We were at a red light and right before the light turns green, these two cars turn onto the road ahead blocking all the lanes except the one ahead of me. I was in the slow lane. I think the Mustang wanted to take the lead so that he won't get stuck behind slow traffic. I wanted to make sure nobody took my spot. So when the light turned green, I dropped the clutch at 3.5k and bogged the car but feathered the clutch enough to get a very sucky but decent launch. The Mustang was screeching his rear tires like no tomorrow. That car sounded scary taking off. My Michelin Pilots were totally quiet. Anyways, we were even for first gear, he even pulled a 1/2 carlength in first gear on me. Then I shifted into 2nd gear and pulled 3 carlengths on him, then I shifted into 3rd gear and I flew up the hill. He was forced to merge into my lane to avoid the slow traffic. When I looked back, he was far behind me.
