Hey man, I'm it Tulsa!

Unfortunatlly it seems that people here think that a "cool" car is a big ass truck, a mustang/camaro, or a rice burner.

I do have a couple of friends w/ nice german/italian cars though!

yea i wasnt able to make it to Remington Park Sunday because i had a final on monday. heard the course was nice though. sucks that the Stroud got shut down for you T-town guys, buts its always fun to see you guys here in OKC.

the only bimmer people i know in OKC are Kyle D., his room mate, and Chris G. i see a lot of 'ricey' bimmers here with altezza tail lamps, though there are a few nice looking ones. are there any OK bimmer meets any time soon?

hey all. i have some M3 skirts, a new fender, as well as a Rieger Cupspoiler to put on (whenever the hell Kevin at Kest Tuning decides to ship it to me!!!). i need to get the skirts, fender, bumpers, and lip painted. depending on price, i will just install all the crap myself (just drop it off to get painted) or let the shop do it. anyone have any suggestions on where to take the car near the OKC area? i used to have a body man, Andrew Million down in Norman by performance muffler, but i haven't talked to him in a year. recommendations? places not to go to? can any of you do a quality job?

I have to get at least $700.00 for the pair to get the other seats. I think I might already have a buyer, believe it or not, but if the sale falls through your next in line.

Thanks!

Yeah M3lieb, I'll be coming by today to take those babies off your hands. Another E36 enthusiast from Tulsa here. We all need to pick a day and meet up. Do they still have that cruise in on Tuesday nights at Eaton Square?

Anyway, my black leather 325 sport seats are up for grabs now if there are any takers local, (Ok, Ks, Ar, Mo). My seats are in perfect shape, heated, full power.

Is Autohause the place on the east side, close to the euro junk yard?
Are they a BMW Junk Yard?

Well Im really looking for Beige Vaders. My Local junkyard said they could get yellow ones. i didn't know if they were re-upholstered or Beige.
Any way Thanks though.

Is there a BMW Club around OKC?

I live in Tulsa & drive a '92 325i and a good friend of mine who owns a '99 Estoril M3. We're both members of the CCA, Sunbelt chapter.

Hey guys......New to Tulsa and new to BMW (7 months). How do you become a member of the local CCA?

nat325i
07-22-2004, 09:31 AM
I signed up on their website https://www.bmwcca.org/join/membership.shtml when I got my BMW about 2 years ago. You'll be added to the Sunbelt chapter automatically, since ours is the closest chapter. A lot more has been happening in the chapter and particularly in the Tulsa area lately. The chapter is based in OKC, but they've been having a couple meetings in Tulsa lately because a lot of the membership lives in the area. I haven't been able to do much though 'cause I've been busy-- just got married :D

I'd recomend going on the fall foliage tour-- we went last year and it was a lot of fun. I think they call it a foliage tour just to get the women to come; it's all about driving through the mountains.

I'm going to try & make it to Eureka Springs if they go again this year...

Anybody know if it's planned?

nat325i
07-24-2004, 12:24 PM
I think I saw a date for it in the last Sonnefleke, but I can't find it right now. Last year we didn't go all the way into Eureka springs, but it was a fun route with a great dinner at the end. (And night in a hotel for those who chose- I wasn't married then.)

How long before I get any of my information. I don't want to miss any of the stuff that is coming up in the near future as a trip to Eureka sounds like fun

Is it just a shop or do they have actual parts etc...

Patrick

Bavarian Autohaus is on I-35 towards Norman, not in Del City. uhhhm i would think Bav. Autohaus could do the conversion. if you need help, you should look up Kyle Denham and his roomate. he has done a conversion twice on his Ti.

Patrick
08-09-2004, 11:55 PM
Well its all Oklahoma City to me. Autohaus said they are way deep in a conversion that wont be finished for awhile and don't want to do one for awhile after that. The guy didn't know what "Vaders" where until I explained. So anyway. I think i might have found a shop in Wichita. europeon car company ever heard of them?
