I guess it's just preference but when I had a BMW with the ergo knob I put it backwards, felt better. :dunno

repainted some time ago, rust still present.. that thing looks like crap! and if he spent $$$ on the engine, don't you think he would have cleaned it up a little? that head looks like it has had a hard life

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in order to get 2.5L out of the M10 motor, you need to stroke it, not just bore it. Yet his crank is stock? WTF?

Oh, and the original receipts are probably from all the way back to when it was first sold at a dealership. ....at least I'm guessing....
