Starting in January, I was lifting heavy and taking a pro-hormone supplement, in addition to lots of protein, so I put on around 12 pounds.

We got it for free, because LA used to work for the owner of the condo, so she let us stay there at no cost.

Also, we got down there in 5.5 hrs with three stops (same coming back). We took 85-185-431-231-10-331-98 there... kinda like you're going to Panama City (thru Columbus-Eufaula-Dothan), then taking I-10 over to 331 South. That worked out well and I think was faster than any other route we had picked out.

Grew up W/ beach house in Seagrove (WAY OLDER than seaside) Like - I remember when seaside was a bunch of dunes and scrub pines.

Santa Rosa is becoming like Seaside - if you've got property there - hang on - you are in for a fun ride.

Now the condo is up in Laguna (just west of PC and Just east of Carillon beach/Pinnacle port/Rosemary beach)
