I got busted by a speeding camera.. 41 in a 25 = $100.

That was probably from the ones they mount in trucks. These are like the red light cameras. Mounted permanently.

I rarely drove into DC BEFORE they installed the cameras. Too many potholes. Do you really think I'm going to drive in there now? Looks like I'll be going out in Baltimore more often.

I just got busted off New york avenue 60 in a 45, $50 fine. And so much for keeping the rodes safe and stopping the people who are speeding, now there is no effort and they can collect more revenue from tickets. :mad:

I hope they dont install one at the underpass on K street right off the White Hurst freeway (how is it a freeway when it's barely half a mile?!?!). That's a fun 2nd-3rd gear tunnel...I like spicing up my (and others' :evil2 ) morning commute. :devillook

I work right down the street from there - their food is VERY good.

Yeah man, you really wouldn't think that being it's bar. But they DO have some kick azz food. Their crab dip ROCKS! :buttrock They were actually featured on a TV show called "The Best Of" on Food Network.

I go to Canton (Claddaghs, Cosmopolitan, Looney's and Gin Mill off of Boston) a lot for HH, used to go all the time when I worked downtown at T Rowe.

I love that place. Fun to hang out and good food. Just don't sit at the bar by the main entrance during the winter. Not a pleasent experience being frozen drinking cold beer.

Vaguely - it's been a while since I've been there for HH - when you work down here, it loses its' luster ya know? I know they have a lot of hotties working at a lot of the bars in Canton. Claddagh really packs em in though - can barely get in on a Friday or Saturday night.

That was probably from one of their camera trucks. The fixed cameras are a new thing. There were sending out warnings up until late last month.

i love nailing it in that tunnel too, the sound is awesome...if your going out of DC that way right after the tunnel you come to a light and the left turn for 66 is just ahead, yea well that light is a red light camera...i got a $75 ticket 3 weeks ago for that one

Ouch, that sucks Mark. Simple minds/simple pleasures I guess, tunnels are fun! :D

Hey lets chip in and get a can of that spray and see if it works..either that or the plastic cover...though i think cops will give a ticket for that

i was going into DC friday night and made my turn onto E street from 66 and came up to that tunnel following a debadged 328 and we both dropped it to 2nd and flew through the tunnel, it sounded awesome...i talked with the guy for a couple seconds and he was heading to a meet in rockville and is a member here
