I knew there was going to be a floor mat wise-crack! :)
Thanks for all the feedback, I love my car. I am glad to hear that others dig it too. I am still trying to see if I can make the bimmerfest caravan, I may be out of town that weekend. If not, I am there!

The GruppeM intake doesn't add too much sound until you hit 6K. After that it get a little bit deeper and louder. I love the combo of the Eisenmann exhaust and GruppeM intake. I just wish that I had the full Eisenmann setup and not just the muffler. Ohh well, that will be the next thing I guess!

How do you like the brembo's?? Big difference?? Worth the cash??

I have heard a lot of things about the Brembo's. Many people say that can't feel a difference between stock and the Brembo's unless they are on a track. Personally I noticed a difference. The car has no fade. When you want to stop, you stop. It is pretty cool. Whether or not it is worth the money depends on the person. I think that it was and I would definitely do it again. The only downside is that the pads that come with the GT kit are specifically made for track purposes. That means that they squeal like you wouldn't imagine. You have to almost be fully depressing the brake to get the squeal to stop. I am not in the process of changing the pads because of that. Now I upgraded more for the style and look, I am not one to want to race my car on a track. However, knowing that I have a higher performance brake makes me feel a little more comfortable hitting those higher speeds. The stock M3 brakes are really good though, they are nothing to squack at. I just wish that BMW would have offered a Brembo upgrade from the factory like the 350Z does. That would be a really good option for it.

Cool thanks! My Fiance' had to take it because her car was acting up on her. You all have to wish me luck, I have to bring my car in tomorrow because of an engine rattle :eyecrazy: It kinda scares me given how some of these engines tend to blow, but I hope that it isn't anything serious. It is really weird, when I get to about 3-4K in 1-3 gear there is a rattle sound that comes from the engine area. It sounds like there is something loose. It definitely isn't something good. So, tomorrow I am off to BMW N. Scottsdale to see what the issue is. Hopefully nothing too serious!

Well, the engine issues only lasted from November 2001 production cars to about March 2002 production cars.

Good luck! I'm sure everything will be fine!

Well after one day of them trying to figure out what the magical noise is, the verdict is....they don't know! This kinda scares me! They said that they would call me in the morning and give me an update. They thought that it might be some valve timing issue, but I guess that wasn't it. They gave me a Mini as a loaner car and I must say it is pretty fun. Not something I would want to roll everyday, but it is fun for a little while. Well, I hope that they figure out what the problem is...

Ok, I posted a new thread on what the engine noise problem was.....
