I'm not even that particular. I'd take an S52 MC (well, in any color besideds Evergreen). :redspot
Kyle K. 04-14-2004, 12:23 AM Boo for you. Evergreen is sweetness. I like it a lot more than LSB, even though I think thats a sweet little color too. I'd take both of them over estoril, which just doesn't look right on the Coupes IMO. :dunno

I wouldn't turn down an Evergreen MC that was given to me, but I wouldn't seek it out, that's for sure. Definately different color combo, but not my style.
A couple more.

Lame. I'm 37 and I was there dude ;)
Yes, I have an Evergreen M Coupe. I have to admit, it's not the color for everyone. I have this thing for polarizing cars in the most polarizing colors. Evergreen, Inka and Sunset Orange Pearl (wife's Element).
adeelpowers 04-14-2004, 09:03 PM Was that your 2002 at houlihans? If so, that car was unbelievable!
That car changed everything and made BMW.

Thanks man! :)
Yes, it's mine. It's a lot of fun to drive despite all the "fettling" it requires.
Not bad for a 30 year old car huh?
The 2002 saved BMW from bankruptcy at the time. It also redfined what a sports sedan could do. Bad in the day, it established that sports car handling, braking and acceleration could be had in a practical car that seats four along with their luggage. In many ways, it paved the way for the formula that manifests itself today as the modern day M3.
punknamedjimmy 04-14-2004, 09:18 PM reminds me of hte counts m coupe...which reminds me of riding in it on a mountain drive.... which reminds me of craziness and fun.
adeelpowers 04-14-2004, 09:22 PM An instructor at our school gave a presentation about it. Suprisingly, I did not know about the 2002 until last year! If the person who designed the 2002 is still alive, theres a new vacancy in BMW's design department.
Mgrmln - I hope to own one of those before I reach 30...any advice?
Section8 04-14-2004, 09:27 PM That car does not suck.
I 2nd the motion.
Motion to move it to Kick Ass Ride?
If I ever can get into an //M, I think I'd prolly wanna be 'different' and get that hot lil coupe.. Sleeper BMW by appearance unless you know better.

I too have a penchant towards polarizing cars. Many friends/family always look at me oddly when I tell them which cars I find interesting, as many are outside of the 'norm' for sports cars/sedans/wagons. Two notable examples of wagons that are hot, are Volvo wagons (850, V40/V50) as well as E34/9 Tourings. Those are hot!

Oh yeah.
The older 850 T5 Turbo wagon in that wierdo zonker yellow color with Anthracite-colored 18" rims - Super Hot.
I have a megamillions lottory fantasy that involves getting a strange collection of off-beat coupes like the Jensen Interceptor, an Jaguar E-type Coupe (with the side opening door), the 1970 Dodge Callenger, the AMX, the Renault R5 Turbo, etc.

I've got 2 old Playstation mem cards with 2 fully loaded Gran Turismo 2 garages (99 cars each) for ya. One garage is all the 'fancy' ones, the other is all the wierdo cars (mostly the wierd Euro cars..)
I know I got a Dodge Challenger on one of the 2 chips.. ;)

I've got those as well. I have the max number of cars, all modded out of course, in Gran Turismo 3 A-spec as well. In fact, I already have Gran Turismo 4 along with the special steering wheel made for it on pre-order.
Ron17 04-15-2004, 09:45 AM GT4 should pretty much own. IMHO.

Exactly what I had in mind when I posted. Great minds think alike. :D

I second that.
Now only if they would quit pushing back the release date
