Excellent collection of cars! I think I win the award for the smallest wheels. :stickoutt I like the shot facing west at the Arena. :) beans2_98 04-13-2004, 04:37 PM Good stuff! wish i could've been there looks like you had a good number of people come out. Nice pics. dbtheo 04-13-2004, 05:08 PM Good stuff! wish i could've been there looks like you had a good number of people come out. Nice pics. Thanks! What part of cleveland are you in? Stav318is 04-14-2004, 02:14 PM I would have been there had it not been for the fact that I was in Cleveland celebrating my Dad's birthday, as well as Easter dinner. Looks like a pretty good turnout. Let me know next time a local meet is happening. Gusty beans2_98 04-14-2004, 02:31 PM Thanks! What part of cleveland are you in? right now i'm in North Royalton but I just got fired yesterday so who knows where I'll end up, I'd like to stay here but it looks like all the mechanical engineering jobs are in cbus. Maxpower6733 04-14-2004, 04:35 PM Nice shots! Excellent collection of cars! I think I win the award for the smallest wheels. :stickoutt I like the shot facing west at the Arena. :) Don't forget my 540i with 17"s !!! That should be taken care of within about a month... got some 19" ACS type III's on the way. Good to meet everyone at Quaker Steak, I wish I could've come to take some pics with everyone. dbtheo 04-14-2004, 11:00 PM we are trying to plan another meet, possibly at Cedar Point or something, as more inof becoms available, I will post a new thread :) Renee M Coupe 04-15-2004, 07:27 AM Don't forget my 540i with 17"s !!! got some 19" ACS type III's on the way. Those will look nice! I just have wheel envy. Mine look puny compared to the 18" and 19"s. :) These would be HOT on my car. http://www.digitalsimple.com/FORWEB124-2489_IMG.jpg Maxpower6733 04-15-2004, 07:39 AM Those will look nice! Everything is better on an MC  Renee M Coupe 04-15-2004, 11:08 AM Not too many wheel options when it comes to the MZ3s with the correct fit. Who would want to lose the width on the rears? You keep the width and the dish with the GT3s. Downside: pot holes in Ohio and the wheels & tires = half way to a supercharger. ;) Maxpower6733 04-15-2004, 01:21 PM I imagine it would be difficult to find wheels for your car. I still love the finish you have on your rims now... pretty unique. I know Randy has had some problems with potholes around town, so that's definately a worry with those rims... what size tire does your car take in the rear? I love the aggressive stance of the M with the wide tires out back. I have a pic somewhere of an M Coupe with Hartge Classics that looked really nice... I'll try to find it and post. Maxpower6733 04-15-2004, 01:51 PM Found the picture... this car belongs to a bfc meber in hawaii, don't remember the member name, but a beautiful car.... ///MDex 04-15-2004, 02:24 PM Found the picture... this car belongs to a bfc meber in hawaii, don't remember the member name, but a beautiful car.... Yeah - that's Isalnd52 (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum///member.php?userid=4640) Renee M Coupe 04-15-2004, 03:34 PM Island's coupe is nice! He is running different wheels now. When you live in Hawaii, no worries of huge holes in the road. :) The stock rears are 17 x 9.5. I got a good deal on the extra set of wheels. Only $250 plus $400 to refinish. Cheaper than the wheels I was considering previously. :D It is hard to justify spending $2K+ for wheels and tires right now. I am going to to a UUC SSK and the FDK here soon. Still waiting for my projectors and angel eyes!! They will be sweet...once they arrive and are installed. http://www.umnitza.com/albums/z3/105_0527a.sized.jpg dbtheo 04-15-2004, 09:01 PM Renee, the bretyon visions come in a wide version, I believe 9.5 wide http://www.breyton.com/images/z3/z3_coupe_front.jpg Renee M Coupe 04-16-2004, 05:31 PM I like the Visions, but I prefer them on a 3 series coupe or sedan. I love the Breyton Spirit! |
