My 1986 528e is getting no spark. Anyone got any ideas? Already checked the usual stuff, plugs, coil, cap, rotor, ect....

Need more info, like it turns over but doesn't fire up, etc... AFM plugged in, battery good, tranny sensors clean and good....

Sounds like the crank reference sensor. Your Bentley repair manual has the procedure for checking this sensor and many other crank-won't start troubleshooting procedures. You do have a Bentley manual, right?
