Hi all,

I ask myself one question over and over again when I go to the car wash: can I use the program with liquid wax or not? Will that damage my convertible hood (323 iC) ?

I wouldn't do it just to be safe. But then again i wouldn't take my car through a car wash either.

Wouldn't do it either, I thought it could stain the cloth. Think the manual of the car does mention something about it, not sure tho :) When I want to do a quick wash on my car I take my own shampoo and stuff to the coin up and wash it by hand and during the winter months when it's too cold to wax the car I use the liquid hot wax but I prevent it from getting on the cloth top. Btw. I use Einszett Glanz Wax and that stuff holds up damn well during the winter.

Think about it...liquid wax on cloth. Once the wax sets in, it's going to be a bitch to get it outl All I've ever really done to cloth convertable tops is waterproof them, and remove all the lint and loose dirt with one of those pet hair remover roller things.
