It's got:
New Engine
New Instrument Cluster
New Catilytic Converter - left side
New Power Steering Pump
Full Alighnment
M-Parallel Replica's w/ Pilot XGT Z4s
New suspension bushing in the rear
and crappy shocks and springs (at least I think so).

The only thing bad about a 7 is the problems associated with them. I had the fuel pump replaced on a 750IL... We will not even go into price.

And sure... It was an accident that you edited his post... Ya right...:devillook :evil2 :devillook

2 comments to yours Hype:

1: If I had not had my CPO - I would have shelled out about:
8K for the engine work
1K for the cluster
500 for cat
200 alighnment
2K for rims and tires
1K for power steering
New heater sensor - 1K

I believe those prices are just for parts - not labor:(

Our 7 was in the shop for about 3 months one time. It had a bad fuel pump. They had to remove the back end of the car to get to the thing because it is in the fule tank which is blocked by the rear axle. Then, the thing did not pass smog... Damn 12 cylinder. So it got some stuff done. Importantly the problem was with the electirical ceramic ignition delivery system. Or bassically the entire fuel ignition delivery/ignition system. Then it had some other stuff... Ya, these cars are not cheep...

The cool part is when something goes wrong on the car to protect itself it shuts off half of the engine, and only runs on 6 cylinders... man, it shuts off an engine the size of my 325 and it still runs... Thats crazy...:biglaughb

From what I've read regarding the 750iL of that vintage is:
Get rid of it now! Immediately, don't wait, don't even think about it, don't give it pause...find a way to offload it now! Everything that can go wrong WILL go wrong with your car:D

And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming:)

Ok, I am game. I have a 88 750iL (E32) so I can help with some of the E32 questions. I just need to remember to check on this site every once-in-a-while.

Now for a question: What would cause my brake pedal to return to normal position slower than normal and with very little force against the stop (i.e. switch). I have replaced the hydro booster, master cylinder and accumulator to no avail. My thoughts are rubber brake lines (internally collapsed) or the pressure regulator. Any ideas.

I'm posting a copy of your post in the HELP TECHNICAL FORUM as well to get to more eyeballs.
I suspect this is not endemic to just the 7:DHere's the link to that forum:

Welcome Pat, nice ride, although not what I would call stealth... :redspot

Have you considered hosting more pics online at a site like cardomain? See my link below to get an idea of what you can do, a lot of us here use cardomain.
