On the way to the track, early morning, yesterday, I found a guy in a Black previous gen. TBird LX on the 14 freeway, that seemed bent for speed. We were in a section that's fairly steep uphill as well as kind of curvy. I gave him 3 or 4 chances, but each time the result was the same, buh bye. Each time we started from about 80 mph, I was in 4th & didn't even bother to downshift(I can run up to about 90 in 3rd). I'd take it up to about 110 & then slow back down, where he would be about 4-5 cl back. Homeskills was very persistent, but I was quite bored, so I finally let him sail past me as I returned to cruising the rest of the way to the track.

He was asking for it... The only remotely quick T-birds of that Gen were the SC's, and even OEM they were not much to speak of, but many guys modded them, pulley swaps, etc...
We might need an enlargement pic of your sig for this thread, by the way.... :D

Yeah, waste of gas. Gas prices are all time high. My friend's GSR with N/A mods killed one in bus lengths (4-5 buses) with him starting in front of him too.
