I am going to fabricate a set of 'Angel Eyes' for my 99' 528i. Once the headlights are removed, can anyone advise me if the lens will come off once unclipped, or will I have to heat the seal to remove the lens?? I'm utilizing the 'homemade' Angel Eyes version as found on the internet...................

If they are the factory type similar to this...

Then yes they pop right off after you cut the plastic welded tabs (which are not main clips and are ok to be cut)
