Hi guys, My name is Tej and well me and a few people are trying to see if you enthusiest's want to seet up a meet. I know of the meet on thurs, however we feel there are too many highschool kids and would like to branch off. We are tryiing to get the likes of S2000, 350z, BMW, Audi, etc owners to come out. If anyone is interested let me know, so we can set up a location and time. By the way some of us are going to meet at the March 7 Scca Solo 2 event, if you guys like autox come on out it will be a blast. Its at the gville raceway.

This is my first time, I have done orlando events a few times in my last car, but I hear this one is a bit faster. Is that true?

I've never raced at GIR. I've heard it's a little faster. Hopefully it is. The Martin Sports Car Club will also be holding their Mini-Prix at GIR in early April. I've heard that they're events at GIR are usually a little faster than SCCA. I'll probably be at that event also. Either way, I'll see you on Sunday.

I'm in Gainesville :buttrock Will be at the event March 7th. GIR usually has fairly long runs (50-60 seconds, sometimes more). The events there are also crowded. As a consequence, you will probably get 4-5 runs. At Tampa, you can sometimes get 6-8 runs on a shorter course. I prefer that, but the convenience of the local track is great.

i have always either gotten only 3 or 4 runs tops at all the orlando events. so its no biggie lol. and they were 30sec tracks.

i wont be at the autocross but am definitely interested in meeting up... let me know what you guys are planning. I got tests on thurs and friday this week AHHH

Well some of us met up last nite for a bit. But it seems like tues around 9 is going to be our normal time. I will let you know more as the week progresses. We met up at bestbuy last nite. We really want to get to know alot of people and start doing weekend drives and such. I think that would be a fun time. By the way if you are interested we post on www.s2ki.com under florida forum. well just to keep you updated. some of us s2k and rx7/8 people have started meeting up. No permenant place yet, but this week we will be at On the Border at 9pm on tues 3/30 i believe. its been a pretty good turnout if anyone is interested

Can't make it this week but I would like to meet up with you guys at some point. I plan on going to the drag racing tomorrow night @ GIR.

thats cool, i will keep u updated on the location because we havnt decided on a permanant one yet, but seems like tues at 9pm is working out. Hmm test and tune tommorrow i may have to swing by there and watch it.
