Just returned from lunch. I unlocked the doors w/ the remote. My buddy has his grubby hands on the passenger door handle, 'prematurely' pulling on it. (your kids do this all the time). Anyhow, he let go, I locked and unlcoked the doors, but the passenger door will not open. The lock button goes up and down just fine.

Any ideas on what's wrong and how to fix? Thanx all

Open the passenger door from inside the car. If that doesn't fix it, play with the door mechanism - it probably just got stuck.

tried opening from the inside, no luck
tried pushing on the door from the outside to force the door to free up, no luck
tried swearing, no luck:help

How do I "play with the mechanism" is there an easy way to get to it?

I think "thesteve" had this exact same problem.

He pulled the panel without opening the door. He might have had to pull the seats out the opposite door, can't remember.

There must be any easy fix. An exorcist?:devillook

Trying to remove the door panel sounds like the best thing to do, believe it or not! You can also try to access the inside of the door by getting a clothes hanger or something like it in there and wiggling it (not recommended), or you can do a car reboot, by unplugging the battery for about 10-20 seconds and trying it again...
