Well, for those who live in the San Fernando Valley might know that on Thursday nites there is a weekly meet with usually 60+ cars there:buttrock. So tonite was no different, except I was in my 540i. There are usually a couple STi's and Evos that go. Well around 10ish the cops came and broke it up. So as Im leaving, I see a blue STi in front of me turn on the same street I was turning on. We are next to each other staying around 30mph, but no room to do anything. BTW, the driver of the STi, is an older teenager, I would say like 19ish or maybe 20ish. Anyway, he keeps getting a little bit of room so he just mashes on his gas, and I dont think Ive ever heard a sound like that come from a car. It was just f*ckin amazing. I know this kid is game if we could get some room, and lucky enough we come up to a yellow light, and we both stop. So I look over at this kid and say, "You wanna run?" He says ok, and now we are waiting for the light to change. I turn off my traction control, and see the opposite light turn yellow, so I put the car into manual mode and into first gear. Now I see the opposite light turn red, and my light turns green and boom Im off. I knew I was gonna get murdered in this race, but how often do you get to run an STi??? So as I go, all I hear from the other car is, *grind* *grind* then the car stalls!!! THE DAMN STI DIDNT EVEN MOVE!!!!! I was so pissed, but I guess that counts as a kill because he was a moron who couldnt drive his car.

Ok now for the second race. It just happened about 20 min ago, Im commin home and the street is completely empty, and I see this dark blue 96-98 GT mustang going about 60 down the street. So I speed up a bit to catch up to him. Its 3 guys in the car, and he has some gagues so Im guessing he had some mods, but not many. So we are next to each other rolling around 50mph and I look over at them and they look at me, and a couple seconds later, the mustang guns it. He gets a small jump on me, but I put it into 3rd in manual mode, and just stomped on him. I got head atleast 3 cars, and shut it down around 85 cause I know I would have just kept gaining, plus my on-ramp was comming up. So I slowed down, looked over at the guys, gave them a nod and a smile and they did the same, and that was that.

I guess I could say that it is definatly a good way to start off my 19th birthday, got 2 kills, even though one of them was on a moron who could drive. LOL.

Yup, 19 with 4 cars, well actually 3, I just sold my integra. Im not gonna mod cars for a while, because Im saving up for a house. That sh*t is expensive as hell in Los Angeles. So hopefully next year I will get a house, and then I will be able to get either an e36 m3, or maybe a TT supra, not realy sure yet.

Everyone asks me that. LOL. I sell real estate in Los Angeles, and if you know what the market is like then you would know how good Im doing. The prices for homes these days are just obsurd.

the "LOL"s are cute:laugh i also had a wrx almost die on me a couple months ago. we lined up and i launched while he just kinda lurched and stopped and than went... maybe they aren't so easy to launch??? :dunno

yeah he bogged bigtime. my brother does it every so often in his wrx, even so my friends in his sti. but it doesnt take much skill to learn how to drive those things, like it does a bmw.
