parents have an ml320.
and have been amazed at the quality/low price shops that I have recently found for the m3 (also compared to the same EXPENSIVE ASS shops my parents took our older bimmers at).
mbworld, etc doesnt really move, and the people only recommend stealerships.
i know motorspeed west did/does some benzes (saw mainly old schools, pre 90).
any places that dont charge an arm and a leg?
bay area, peninsula preferred
hey man
congrats on the car. post up some pics

my parents get our two benz's serviced at a place call nick's in lafayette i believe.
they have gone to him for many things.
there are also some quality places in walnut creek. not sure what you need but calling around and stopping by doesnt hurt.
some places are weird and will have different prices for different things.

yeah been calling around...
it seems that every place near us is expensive.
we've been getting our cars serviced at various redwood city dealers/shops closest to our house, as they have been living in Atherton since the mid 1970s--we just rented out our old house and moved to menlo park in 1998 where stuff around us is STILL expensive.
any info on shops maybe in the sunnyvale/santa clara area?
whatever savings i can make, i can keep a portion as a finder's fee...
then that fee will be fed to the mod bug

I'm also interested in knowing about some shops in the South Bay, as I'd like to get my car serviced there too. Just picked up an E320 a short while back. Thanks.

There's a place in Los Gatos that specializes in BMW and Mercedes. I forgot the name of it, but I know someone here knows it.
