hey man, replacing the belts and installing the RSMs is a very easy DIY job.
there's some write ups around here that are very good.
the other things are a little more complicated, but those ones you should be able to do yourself.
i'd help you out but i am not in the sac area right now( up in chico for school ).
but you should be able to do the belts in around 30 minutes, an hour if you really take your time. its not a big job at all.
and the rsms aren't a big job at all either, but they do take a lot of time to get in.

oo.... my mechanic teacher says he'll allow students to work on their cars during class as labs. so i guess ill just need to print up the diy's and buy the parts and get it done at school.
bimmerparts isnt so great. i think they hate shipping to Ca. they always tell me to go to the dealer. shoot.. i would if niello didnt charge 150% of what they charged in other dealers.
