From searching around on the forums GC seems to be the favorite when doing suspension upgrades. Soon I will be completely re-doing my suspension in my e36 and want to replace the stock bushings with metal ones. Please offer any advice/experience you guys have with racing suspensions, which company makes the best and why you think so. I have listed some of the parts Im probobly going to use so tell me if there is anything wrong with it or something better out there.

There are 2 rear bearing kits from turner and GC which is better and why?

I have already done my shocks and springs so Im now focusing on other parts of the suspenion. What other parts of the suspension should I be looking into?

Is this a track only car? I only ask because I haven't seen you post much in this forum and don't have a good feel for what sort of car you are talking about.

Probably don't want to go to a completely solid suspension mounting system if your car sees much daily driving. It wears out the bearings faster and transmits a lot more vibration into the interior.

Id like to be able to drive it on the street but I want it to be trackworthy at the same time.

Have you done all your other bushings, sway bar mounts, rear shock mounts, steering bushings, engine mounts, transmission mounts, etc...Just a little warning whenever you do these kinds of upgrades, expect a rougher ride, but considerably less play in general in how the car feels. Its a great feeling when you put input in to the car and it talks right back to you with great responsiveness.

I recently put in new front control arms, tie rods, and rear shock mounts. Could you point out a good place to buy sway bar mounts, steering bushings, and engine/transmision mounts? Thanks

Just parooz around the site, and you should find everything you need.

Also might want to give www.gmgracing.com a call and see if they can help you with a "package."

And of course turnermotorsport can help you.

A lot of times if you call up and talk to a tech at these places, they can help you get anything you need regardless of whats on thier online catalog.
