So you all know I want to sell my M3 to get a M Roadster.
I have a very cool individual interested in my car out of L.A.
Short of pictures, vin #, list of mod's, list of maintenance done and a few phone calls he feels pretty good about my car.

He went and looked at a couple pretty much stock ones that he was told by the owners was in great shape. He went out to look at them and unfortunately for him they did not turn out to be in the best of shape. Of course these werent B.F. member's cars.

So,
That leads me to ask for your help. I'd really appreciate if any of you that have seen my car and it's condition, etc would Post something about it here.
He's a recent member of our boards (he found the site on his own during research). He is new to BMW but know's he wants a 95 M3 and is doing his due diligence in his persuit of one.
I'd like to direct him to this link so he can feel more secure that he is purchasing his soon to be new 95M3 from a true enthusiast and a fine example of what an M3 is and can be.
Thanks again all,
Aldo

Post some pics Aldo, and your dyno chart from DSR. Have him contact DC for an opinion, too.

I'm heading up to Fremont tomorrow to pick up a coupe wing, maybe I can swing by and take a peek, though not sure where you're at.

I told him all about Dick, told him to give him a call since he knows my car so well.
As happens to many interested buyers, he has some money issues.
So picking up a wing where at? What you doing to your car now?

It will sell, I think this is just a tough time of the year to sell cars. Lots of people tap themselves over the holidays, then we have tax time right around the corner...

Picking up a stock coupe wing from a BF.com'er.

Dropped the turbo project, I'm suspect of durability with lots of track use. I do have a 40% 3.46 diff in the garage that I'll install soon along with some new subframe bushings. The lots of maintenance, oil pump nut, motor mounts, probably clutch, rebuild the cylinder head, maybe some bigger cams like the DSR race set.

Hey Aldo, you should link to some of the pictures and the short video clip from the 1/10 meet. I've never seen your car except for those but it looked pretty good. Do you have full set of pics up somewhere for him? I think pics of a nice interior (and to any mods to show they are done well) help a lot. But since the guy has "money issues" then don't spend too much of your time catering to him, stick to stuff that will help sell the car to anyone.

You may also want to mke that "For sale" in your sig link to the asking price, pics and so on.

I don't know what to say, but I do know that you have a nice car and I saw your for sale thread and I did wish you the best to sell it in there. I'm happy you found somebody, but it's just tough right now to sell M3's for some odd reason. Is it just me or is it depreciating in value rather quick for some reason?
