I mostly agree, but you're lying to yourself if you can't admit it's entertaining as hell to watch and do on occasion. :stickoutt

The objective isn't to go fast, but it still requires skill and it's entertaining.

This is fact.

NASA has been involved since 2001. The SCCA is starting to get involved this year.

Grassroots Motorsports ran a cover story on it in their latest issue and they have also signed up as a sponsor for one of the series.

Like it or not, it looks like it's here to stay, if not for at least a few years.
