not as bad as everyone is saying...it is a little to light of a blue for my taste but it is not as light as some of the pics were

if you already ordered your car in LSB dont worry that much IMO it looks good on the M3...I would prefer avus or Lehmans(not sure of spelling:) ) blue

LSB... also known as 'SMURF' blue.

Personally, I don't like it.

When I order mine, it'll be in steel gray or white with grey interior.

I also saw the LSB yesterday. It did not look nearly as bad as I thought it would. Although it was at night and in the showroom. I have heard that it looks worse in direct sunlight, so we shall see...

I plan on going back this weekend with the wife so that she can check it out... Then we shall see if it looks worse or not.

I do not think that I like it enough to order it though, so I will still probably end up with the Imola Red or Carbon Black...

carbon black/grey IMO is the best color/leather they offer for the '01 hope there are some new options for my '02:cool:

almost got my brother to go with CB on his '01 M5 but no luck he went w/silver which is a sweet color but there are so many tit silver cars...not m5's:)

Avus would still have been a killer color. That LSB would be cool if you where cruising to pick up Smurfette:D

Not a big fan of the LSB. Titanium silver with either the black or red leather.

I'm not a fan of LSB either....I like Titanium Silver but I wouldn't be cought dead in one because everyone and their mom are ordering Titanium/Black. I think that the better colors are the ones that are M-Specific, like Imola Red or Phoenix Yellow. In addition, not many people are ordering Alpine White, and I think That Alpine w/ Imola interior would be killer.
