Mike Phillips at Meguiar's has asked me to help coordinate getting some BMWs together for a very special event - but it is short notice:

Meguair's is hosting a BMW product introduction party for their new NXT products on Saturday, January 17th @ 9:00 AM at their facility in Irvine, Ca. before it is on store shelves.

It is by invitation only, so I will take the first 10 (or maybe a few more) RSVP responses to the following thread:

Here is the itinerary:

> 9:00am to 10:00am - Quick Class on the new NXT Generation Product line with Coffee and Donuts
> 10:00am to 11:00am - Demonstration of new products in Training Garage
> 11:00am to 12:00 noon - NXT Generation Gift Collections handed out to car owners plus catered lunch consisting of pizza and pop and bottled water

People can stay longer to do some more hands on and everyone will get the gift set below:

I might be in, but does it require them to use your car as a demo or something? Because the reason it is a maybe is the car is still in the shop and it is suppose to be back like a week before that date, but it is still not !00% sure right now. Thanks

Kyle, I'm with you. I wish I lived in socal. No biggie tho. NXT is going to be released to the public on Feb 1st, so we'll get our hands on it soon enough.

Please keep us all updated on the results of their new "NXT" polymer wax. I currently use Zaino which is very expensive.

Noticed the NXT prices are very competitive and will switch at a moments notice if ease of use, durability, and brilliant shine is for real..........have fun.

I wouldn't get my hopes up too much Jyep. While I love the Meguiar's Body Shop Pro line of products, their consumer line of products are pretty much worthless IMO. Hopefully this stuff will be different but I won't believe it until I've tried it. :az:

Meguiars will be releasing a pro version of nxt in 2005. The chemists have said it will be more 'potent' than the consumer version. whatever that means.

I'm curious to see if the consumer version will live up to all the hype. hopefully it will. looks like a very interesting and promising product.

David where did you hear there would be a pro version of NXT? The people at Mequiars said they have no such plans. The event was great (I will do a separate post on it).
