I need a new phone. I recently got a new phone off eBay but it's crapped out on me for some reason :mad: I spent quite a bit of money on it and now i am pretty screwed because it's not covered under warranty and my contract doesn't end until August 16th of this year. Any help would be nice.

I work for Verizon, but for the landline side. Take it to a Verizon wireless store and see what they can do fo you?

Go to Circuit City, or the Verizon store and just sign-up on a new contract so you can get the free/cheap phone, this will just extend your existing contract...

call the manufacturer of the phone, tell them you bought it 6 months ago and it took a shit. if your lucky the serial # would show it has been bought withen a year or two and be under the factory warrenty.

Eh. I took it to Verizon. Paid $50 to get a brand new replacement :dunno
