Has anyone tried to fit the E46 M3 wheels/tires 225/45 18x8sF & 255/40 18x9sR to E36 M3? Having trouble with the fit.. Wanted to know of any suggestions to avoid rubbing?

it's not going to be a bolt-on fit... for the front, you need to put on 225/40 tires. and for the back, you need to do the same thing and put on smaller diameter rubber. nonetheless, the rear rim isn't the right offset for the e36 and it's not going to fit well.
