Preppy 12-26-2003, 03:38 AM S4 idea fell through, like fat bastard on a frozen pond.....so now we're looking at e36 m3's :dunno
Kimberly is back to stock now too, sad :(
....gawdamn my dad is fickle, er, don't tell him i said that :chix
ibizam3 12-26-2003, 03:44 AM 15K for a NICE 95 M3 :)
vjlax18 12-26-2003, 09:25 AM Greg's for $17,900 stock. Hell of a deal. Black M3/4 5-SPD ;)
Chris-
Like John said, you really should take a look at Greg's (gsober) M3. It's a really nice M3/4. Don't see to many of those around. It's a sweet looking ride.

No way. You'll never find a really nice one for that little. An M3 for $15k is going to either be pushing 100k miles or it's going to need work.
To find a good, low mileage '95 with no problems you're looking at 18k-20k.
Chris, why not save your money, wait until you have a job, and then buy what you want? Don't worry about what your parents get. I bought all my own cars, so I didn't always have the nicest ones, but once I got a job...

You're just jealous his parents love him more than your parents love you.

NoSoup4U 12-26-2003, 01:47 PM What is the price range they want to stay in?
1) Acura TL-S --- very nice for the price. Just possible transmission problems... lol.
2) Infiniti G35 coupe -- this car kicks butt. Test drove one, salesman are slimey bastards; but, the car can move pretty good. It has a relatively nice interior as well.
3) E36 M3 -- I can get you one at a good price. PM/call me for more information Chris.
4) Subura STi -- join David and have a car with pink lettering (I know, it's not pink, lol) -- AWD.
5) Mitsu Evo -- another good car -- AWD.
6) Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Edition -- kicks butt, chicks dig wranglers. It's not a sports car; but, chicks will dig you.
magnetic1 12-26-2003, 01:56 PM I think Greg's 4 door M3 would be a perfect car for your parents if they don't mind the 5speed.
Now that the new TL's came out... the old ones can be found cheap, but liek NoSoup says.. they have tranny issues. I believe though, Acura extended the powertrain warranties on these to 100k
You wont be able to get a G35, Evo or STi for the price your lookign for (Im assuming $15-20k)
NYQUEENZ 12-26-2003, 03:20 PM Seen a LIGHTWEIGHt for 45K only 7K MIZZILE Son
yep, i agree gsober's car sounds like a deal...but either way E36 M3 prices are so depressed, you can pick them up cheaper than a honda civic :( (a new one)
if your parents want an auto those are even cheaper, they tend to run significantly less than 5 speeds

Preppy 12-26-2003, 09:33 PM no auto's for me....gawdamnit i hate auto's right now

Preppy 12-26-2003, 09:54 PM no shit, why are you selling it man? Your ride is hot, I checked it out when it was at Pro-Imports getting the S/C put on...
ah...i can't make up my friggin mind...
I want a track car and my car now is like between a commuter and a weekend track car...
So i've been going back and forth on getting a dedicated track car and selling this and getting a more comfy commuter which has lately become even more likely since i may have a change in occupation which may require a longer commute than my 4 miles now, and i need an auto...
who knows...i'm sure i'll change my mind again between now and a minute from now
jeff
are you sure your not thinking of Russ's car ?
his is alot cleaner and has SSR rims and stuff....
mine is just plain old plain old...heh heh

dcardenas 12-27-2003, 12:25 AM So does that mean I get my headlights?
vjlax18 12-27-2003, 01:33 AM Seriously, take a look at Greg's M3/4. It has like 76k on it and it's almost spotless.
"Hey Dad, I want a 4-Door..."
"Ummm, OK, sure":evil2:
Preppy 12-27-2003, 02:20 AM I'll bring it up to them over dinner tomorrow night :)
My dad really wants another silver coupe tho :az:
dave is cool 12-27-2003, 02:39 AM Mine is for sale for $1,000,000.
It's got many extras on it, including: huge BMW emblem on hood, brown shit kicked up behind the tires on the rear bumper, dirt all over the bitch, and a secret turbocharger hidden in the trunk that only turns on when I want it to.
gsober 12-29-2003, 10:15 AM like a few guys said already, buy mine!!!
Meow 3 12-29-2003, 11:33 AM criswell offered 14.5 K for mine for a Z06 trade....so I rightly told them to shove it up their ass....after taking the vette out several times...it only had like 70K then too..99 coupe.
Preppy 12-29-2003, 01:20 PM Greg PM me some info about your car so i can talk to my dad about it some more. Oh and the asking price too :)
gsober 12-29-2003, 02:00 PM pm 'ed you
