last night about 11:00 pm i was on the way to take my friend home going about 80ish. when i notice my temp jump and made the light come on. i immediately put my car in neutral and rolled to the next exit. i pulled into an in-and-out and called Jon Caldito from MPerformance. (he put in new shock mounts for me a month ago) once we figured out that it was my water pump he said that hed be there in an hour (without ANY hesitation, on a MONDAY NIGHT). luckily he had an extra one laying around (non plastic),what a nice guy. he drove about 40miles to help me out. once he got to the in-and-out we got right to work. 30 min later my car was back to normal and i continued on my way.
i would just like to thank Jon once agian for saving my car. who knows what may have happend to her if she had been towed. now thats what i call good customer service! Jon and MPerfromance TWO THUMBS UP!

Excellent customer service.

Quick to respond to my emails, even when some were redundant. Now that's what I call excellent customer service!

I know there's already a thread about this supporting vendor but I will post my experience with him because I think Jon deserves it.

I bought an SSK from him for a GB and told him it was a Christmas present. Because it was a UUC SSK, we both knew going in that there was going to be a wait.

With the clock winding down, the kits started shipping, but I guess mine was one of the very last to ship! :eek:

So I asked Jon if the shipping can somehow be upgraded so that I may get the merchandise in time.

Low and behold, Jon was able to contact UUC in time for the item to ship and I received it today, which made my day!

From ordering to delivery, Jon was very responsive to my emails and he kept me a happy camper.

This experience is a *perfect* example where a happy customer is an informed customer.

I don't post these kinds of threads often, but I think Jon and MPerformance deserves it. Thanks guys, and Merry Christmas!
